What type of cuisine do you offer?

We offer authentic Thai cuisine, specializing in dishes from Thailand and the true way of the local enjoyment.

What is Salat?

Salat is an Asian tropical fruit. It has a tough unattractive husk about 1cm thick with 3 large defined seeds inside. The meat is tender and chewable. The juice is plentiful and sweet.

Are you a restaurant?

No, we are a Mobile Food Operation. We reside in a food park and attend as many events as we can.

How can I book the food truck for an event?

You can book our food truck for an event by contacting us through our website or by phone.  To make sure you are locked in, make sure your get confirmation.

Do you provide catering services?

Yes, we provide catering services for events of all sizes.  Just call and we will discuss the detail of your requirements.

Do you serve Thai cuisine only?

Mostly, yes. Every dish is an inspiration of the head cook and she is full blooded Thai.

What are your hours of operation?

Monday - Thursday we are open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (1900).

Friday we are open from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm (1930).

Saturday is the same as Friday if we are not at an event.

Sunday we are closed.
